Sandcastle Beach Policies . . .

  1. We are not a handicap facility.
  2. There is a deposit to confirm a reservation. Weeks 16 through 50, the required deposit is $100 weeks 51 through 15, the required deposit is $200.
  3. We do accept checks; however balance owed must be received 14 days prior to your visit. We also accept credit cards.
  4. Keys will not be made available if rent is not received prior to check in date.
  5. There is a 30 day written notice (prior to your date of check-in) of cancellation required for return of deposit.
  6. All units are non-smoking. You are permitted to smoke outside on the patio and in the common areas. If the non-smoking policy is violated we will charge an extra cleaning fee.
  7. There is 1 parking spot per unit included with weekly rate.
  8. No pets allowed; strictly adhered to!
  9. Check in is 3:00 p.m. (If you are going to arrive after 5:00 p.m. we ask you to call the office 239-463-9368 to make key arrangements.)
  10. Check out is 10:00 a.m.
