Sandcastle Beach Policies . . .
- We are not a handicap facility.
- There is a deposit to confirm a reservation. Weeks 16 through 50, the required deposit is $100
weeks 51 through 15, the required deposit is $200.
- We do accept checks; however balance owed must be received 14 days prior to your visit. We also accept credit cards.
- Keys will not be made available if rent is not received prior to check in date.
- There is a 30 day written notice (prior to your date of check-in) of cancellation required for return of deposit.
- All units are non-smoking. You are permitted to smoke outside on the patio and in the common areas. If the non-smoking policy is violated we will charge an extra cleaning fee.
- There is 1 parking spot per unit included with weekly rate.
- No pets allowed; strictly adhered to!
- Check in is 3:00 p.m. (If you are going to arrive after 5:00 p.m. we ask you to call the office 239-463-9368 to make key arrangements.)
- Check out is 10:00 a.m.
