A recent board of directors meeting approved a 40% reduction in the asking price of the Studio and Efficiency sized units until the end of 2013. The new pricing will list the Studio units for $540.00 and the Efficiency units at $840.00. In other news the back building renovation is scheduled to begin this year sometime. The actual start date is unknown because of the inability to predict when a permit will come back from review.
